Terms of Service for Ticket Buyers

Ticxz is a ticketing platform that allows event organizers (“Organizers”) to sell tickets to their events. It is very important to understand that Ticxz is not the event organizer. When you purchase a ticket on our platform, you are entering into a binding agreement directly with the Organizer of the event. Ticxz acts solely as an intermediary, providing the technology to facilitate that transaction.

We are not responsible for the event itself, including but not limited to:

• The quality, safety, or legality of the event.

• The accuracy of the event listing.

• Any cancellations, postponements, or changes to the event.

• The conduct of the Organizer or any personnel at the event.

Any questions or complaints regarding an event must be directed to the Organizer.

a. Pricing

All ticket prices are determined by the Event Organizer. The Organizer pays a service fee to Ticxz for the use of our platform. The Organizer may choose to add this fee, along with any applicable taxes or other charges, to the base ticket price. The total price you pay is inclusive of all such charges. The final, complete price will be clearly displayed to you before you are asked to pay.

b. Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor, Stripe, Inc. By making a purchase on the Service, you agree to provide accurate payment information and consent to your payment details being shared with Stripe for the purpose of completing the transaction. Your transaction is also subject to Stripe's Services Agreement and Privacy Policy.

c. Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you will receive a confirmation email from Ticxz, which will include your ticket(s) or instructions on how to access them. This email serves as proof of your purchase. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your spam folder before contacting our support.

d. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been billed in error, please contact our support team at support@ticxz.com immediately.

a. Organizer's Refund Policy

All ticket sales are subject to the refund policy set by the Organizer for that specific event. The Organizer's policy is typically displayed on the event page. Ticxz does not control or set these policies.

b. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact the Organizer directly using the contact information provided on the event page or in your confirmation email. Ticxz will only process refunds upon direct instruction and funding from the Organizer.

c. Event Cancellations or Postponements

If an event is cancelled, the Organizer is responsible for providing refunds to all ticket holders. If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the Organizer will determine whether tickets will be valid for the new date or if refunds will be offered. Please refer to any communications from the Organizer for details. Ticxz is not liable for any costs you may have incurred beyond the ticket price (e.g., travel, accommodation) in the event of a cancellation or postponement.

• Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the event listed.

Right to Refuse Admission

You acknowledge that the Event Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person from the event for any reason, or no reason at all, at their sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, failure to comply with the venue's rules, disorderly conduct, or late arrival. Ticxz cannot be held accountable for an Organizer's decision to deny entry, and any refund requests in such cases must be directed to the Event Organizer.

• You must comply with all rules and regulations set by the Organizer and the event venue. Failure to do so may result in your ejection from the event without a refund.

Unauthorized Resale Prohibited

The resale of tickets on any platform other than those officially partnered with Ticxz is strictly forbidden. Any tickets found to be listed on non-partnered reseller platforms may be voided without a refund at the discretion of the Organizer. We reserve the right to pursue legal action in response to such unauthorized reselling.

• Each ticket is for a single person unless otherwise specified. Duplication or sharing of tickets is prohibited and may result in the ticket being voided without a refund.
