About WeTicket
WeTicket is an Amsterdam ticketing platform offering branded ticket shops, door management and scanning, point of sale, guestlist, resale and reporting. Its published customers are Dutch and European venues and events including Garage Noord, Volkshotel, Bitterzoet and Ruigoord, and it reports powering over 80,000 events for more than 10,000 event professionals.
On price, the honest summary is that €0.18 plus €0.12 for iDEAL comes to about €0.30 per ticket excluding VAT, and free tickets and guestlist entries genuinely cost nothing. There are no setup, onboarding or migration charges and no fixed contract. If cost is your only criterion, run your own numbers rather than taking our word for it.
The detail worth checking is the surcharge on expensive tickets. WeTicket’s pricing page mentions only "a small fee" for organizations selling tickets over €100. Their help centre gives the figure: 0.25%, calculated across all your sales rather than only the tickets above €100. Their rates also exclude VAT and are rounded per ticket.
