This guide explains the fee structure in the ticketing platform and how to configure fees for your events.
The platform involves two types of fees:
For each fee type, you can choose whether the customer or your organization pays:
These settings can be configured at the organization level (as a default) and overridden per event in the Financial tab of event settings.
Transaction fees are currently always paid by the organization. The "Transaction fees" setting is visible but locked, and transaction fees are never added to the customer's total.
Transaction fees depend on the payment method and the customer's location:
| Payment Method | EEA | UK | International |
|---|---|---|---|
| Card | 1.5% + EUR 0.25 | 2.5% + EUR 0.25 | 3.25% + EUR 0.25 |
| Apple Pay | 1.5% + EUR 0.25 | 2.5% + EUR 0.25 | 3.25% + EUR 0.25 |
| Google Pay | 1.5% + EUR 0.25 | 2.5% + EUR 0.25 | 3.25% + EUR 0.25 |
| iDEAL | Wero | EUR 0.35 | - | - |
| Bancontact | EUR 0.29 | - | - |
| Revolut Pay | 1.5% + EUR 0.25 | - | - |
